pav88 Terms and Conditions of Use

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the pav88 website accessible at pav88.one together with all services offered through it.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers and uses the services provided by pav88.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a player to access pav88 services.
• "Funds" refers to cash or digital currency deposited by a player into their account.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, free credits or incentives offered by pav88 to players subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Use of the pav88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. All requirements are mandatory and cannot be waived:

• Each individual is only permitted to register one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in the immediate termination of all accounts concerned.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and crypto assets including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit Conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for all payment methods. No maximum deposit limit is set as a general rule.
• All deposits must be made by the registered player using an account or e-wallet in their own name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted. pav88 reserves the right to reject any deposit whose source cannot be verified and to return the funds to the original sender.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is approved.
• All bonuses received must meet the stipulated wagering requirements before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• pav88 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals of larger amounts for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

pav88 offers various promotions to registered players. The general terms governing all bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: A 150% first deposit bonus up to a maximum of RM1,000. Example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150, bringing the account balance to RM250, with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 15 = RM2,250. For a deposit of RM1,400, a bonus of RM1,000 is received, balance becomes RM2,400, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after the wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount has been met are eligible for withdrawal.
• The pav88 VIP programme offers weekly cashback starting from 0.2% (Bronze) up to 1.0% (Diamond) based on the player's membership level.
• pav88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already received before any such change are not affected.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is a breach of these terms and may result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and termination of the account.

All games available on the pav88 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting and 4D lottery — are subject to the specific rules of each game. General terms that apply across all games are:

• Results of all games generated by a random number generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed unless there is solid evidence of a technical failure.
• If a technical disruption or system failure occurs while a game is in progress, pav88 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wagered amount to the player.
• In live sports games or multi-bet (mix parlay), all odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the valid and final odds for that bet.
• pav88 is not responsible for any losses arising from valid game results, including consecutive losses.

Players are required to act responsibly and with respect for all parties involved. Specifically prohibited actions are:

• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or interact with the platform.
• Sharing account information with others or allowing others to play using your account.
• Conducting any financial transactions related to illegal activities or money laundering.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in inappropriate behaviour towards customer support staff or other players.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform. Players who discover a vulnerability must report it to pav88 support immediately.

pav88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Confirmation that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the bonus system.
• At the request of a competent law enforcement agency.

In cases of termination due to a breach of terms, pav88 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balance that has not yet met the wagering requirements. The player's original funds (excluding bonuses) will be processed for return once the investigation is complete, subject to applicable legal requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, pav88 will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of opportunity or financial loss.
• Service disruptions caused by factors outside pav88's control, such as internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
• Game outcomes that do not favour the player, as long as the game was conducted in accordance with valid rules.
• Losses arising from a player's decision to continue playing beyond limits they set for themselves.
